President
Dr. Franchetta E. Honer is a highly accomplished professional with a remarkable journey in the healthcare sector. Dr. Honer holds a Doctor of Business Degree with a specialization in Medical Management from Columbia Southern University.
Her career in healthcare commenced as a Respiratory Therapist. Over time, her passion for healthcare administration led her to transition into this dynamic field.
Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Honer’s heart for service shines through her participation in nine mission trips, where she provided healthcare assistance to those in need, both nationally and internationally.
Dr. Honer served as the AdventHealth Homecare Regional Director for the East Region, overseeing services across seven hospitals. On January 1st, 2025, she continued her commitment in healthcare by opening her own business, Honer Home Health, LLC. Her leadership and passion for healthcare administration continue to have a profound impact on the healthcare landscape.
Vice President
Jade Greene is a distinguished healthcare executive with more than 16 years of professional experience in health care operations and community-centered service. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Rollins College and an MBA with a specialization in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University.
Her career in healthcare began in 2009 in medical records before transferring to home health care in 2010 where she transitioned into operations.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jade has spent years volunteering, mentoring, and supporting outreach initiatives that improve quality of life for underserved populations.
Jade served as AdventHealth Homecare Regional Operations Manager for the East Region until 2024. On January 1, 2025, she became the COO of Honer Home Health, LLC, where she oversees the daily operations of a growing organization of 70+ employees.
Driven and people-focused, Jade Greene is a champion for equitable and compassionate health care delivery.

Dr. Willie C. Lynum Jr. is a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for improving the well-being of underserved communities. A proud graduate of Florida A&M University, he holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and has devoted nearly two decades to the field of pharmacy.
Currently, Dr. Lynum is making a significant impact in the city of Philadelphia, where he works at the local health department, focusing his efforts on low-income communities. He takes immense pride in his role, actively engaging in health events, and tirelessly promoting healthier lifestyles among the residents he serves. Dr. Lynum's commitment to public health and community wellness shines as a beacon of hope in the lives of those he touches.
Adam Murphy is a retired United States Army veteran, respected entrepreneur, and passionate community advocate whose life is defined by service—both in uniform and beyond. After honorably serving in the U.S. Army, Adam transitioned into business.
He is the part owner Murphy's Seafood and More, where he brings his vision as an investor and partner to a beloved local dining experience.
Adam is active in philanthropy and outreach. He has contributed time and resources to Warrick Dunn Charities.
Adam Murphy is a proud co-founder, along with his mother Mary L. Davis, of the Mosoda Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting underserved families. Through this foundation, Adam has helped donate fresh fruit and non-perishable items to more than 200 families annually.
With a legacy that bridges service, business, and giving back, Adam Murphy continues to lead by example—proving that the heart of a soldier can also be the soul of a servant.
With over 18 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Huston Newsome is a seasoned professional known for his commitment to excellence and integrity in home services. Since expanding into total home service solutions in 2021, Huston has played a key role in elevating the customer experience while delivering high-quality, dependable service across Central Florida.
Beyond his professional expertise, Huston actively participates in a variety of charitable events each year throughout Lake, Sumter, and Orange Counties—including food drives, toy giveaways, and charity golf tournaments.
A proud supporter of education and opportunity, Huston is also an integral part of the annual Greene Jacket Scramble, a premier fundraising event benefiting the Alan Greene Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Denice Riddle-Ryals has dedicated her life to serving others through a combination of professional excellence and community service.
In 2001, Denice joined AdventHealth Waterman Homecare, where she served with commitment and compassion until 2024. During her tenure, she also extended her service beyond her role, volunteering through the hospital to help refresh the Community Clinic.
Her dedication to youth and community development is equally notable. From 1994 to 2016, Denice volunteered with the Lake County Fair Association, supporting youth agriculture shows and fostering opportunities for young participants in 4-H and FFA. In honor of her commitment to education and youth achievement, she created the Lora Riddle College Scholarship (2007–2012), benefiting 4-H and FFA members in Lake County.

Lanette Thomas is the visionary founder of OneStick Charity, INC, a passionate advocate for equitable healthcare access, and a catalyst for positive change in underserved communities. With a heart full of compassion and a relentless commitment to making the world a better place, Lanette has dedicated her life to empowering individuals and families to take control of their health.
Lanette's journey began with a simple yet powerful belief: that every individual, regardless of their background, should have access to the healthcare they deserve. She recognized that comprehensive biometric screenings could be the key to early detection, prevention, and healthier lives. Inspired by this vision, she established OneStick Charity, INC, to turn this vision into a reality.
Shanette Thomas, armed with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences, has channeled her passion for basketball into a transformative endeavor in Phoenix, Arizona. She is the visionary behind IQ Basketball, a program designed to empower children in low-income areas.
IQ Basketball is more than just a sports program; it's a vehicle for change. Shanette's coaching philosophy extends far beyond the basketball court, emphasizing not only skill development but also life skills, teamwork, and personal growth. Her unwavering commitment to the youth of underserved communities in Phoenix is evident in the positive impact she's making.
